Chanelle S. Reynolds is the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Lead at the Washington Commanders, the first person to ever have this role. 8 years ago she started her career as an account executive in the NBA G League at the Philadelphia 76ers NBA G League Affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats.

Chanelle has achieved accolades such as being named 40 under 40 by the Delaware Business Times, and has been featured in media such as Business Insider, XONecole.com, Sheen Magazine, NBC Sports, Fox Soul, and more.

Chanelle started with the Commanders as the Director of Group Sales, where she launched the team’s group sales program and was responsible for  developing her team of account executives while creating ticket sales strategy. While fulfilling this big task, simultaneously, Chanelle founded the Commanders’ first employee resource group alongside other key colleagues.
